1. Introduction

Welcome to Allora ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Allora website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Allora is a family travel planning platform that provides AI-powered hotel recommendations, flight search, and trip planning assistance. Our registered address is Allora Travel Ltd, 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, UK, EC2A 4NE.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Service Description

Allora provides the following services:

  • AI-powered family travel recommendations
  • Hotel search and comparison
  • Flight search via third-party providers
  • Trip planning and itinerary generation

Important: Allora is a travel planning tool. We do not directly sell hotel rooms or airline tickets. When you book through links provided on our platform, you are entering into a direct contract with the hotel, airline, or travel provider.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Free Tier

Free accounts are limited to 3 AI planning sessions per calendar month. Sessions reset on the first day of each month.

5.2 Premium Subscription

Premium subscriptions provide unlimited planning sessions and additional features. Subscription fees are charged monthly in advance via Stripe.

5.3 Billing

By subscribing to Premium, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.

5.4 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current billing period.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Share your account credentials with others

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Allora and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service, but grant us a license to use such content to provide and improve the Service.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and services, including but not limited to:

  • Hotel booking platforms (e.g., Booking.com, TripAdvisor)
  • Flight providers via Duffel
  • Payment processing via Stripe
  • Authentication via Google

We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk.

9. Affiliate Disclosure

Allora participates in affiliate programs. We may earn commissions when you book travel services through links on our platform. This does not affect the price you pay.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Information provided will be accurate or complete
  • Results obtained from using the Service will be accurate

Travel recommendations are generated by AI and should be verified independently. Hotel availability, pricing, and features may change without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service
  • Any travel bookings made through our platform
  • Errors or inaccuracies in content
  • Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Allora and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
